Based in Witham, Essex, and proudly part of the Wilkin & Sons family, renowned for its iconic Tiptree Jam, we bring a heritage of excellence and a commitment to quality to everything we create.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the ingredients we use in the making of our products and the individual skill and attention that goes into baking by hand.

Our cakes are freshly baked daily. We use stone ground flours which are mixed with as few ingredients as possible. From a classic Victoria Sponge cake to a rich Chocolate Fudge, our cakes are so delicious that our customers keep coming back for more!

Our hand-made scones are baked fresh at Tiptree Cakes, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients.

Indulge in our signature muffins, crafted with the finest ingredients. Our Double Chocolate muffin combines rich dark and milk chocolate for an intensely satisfying treat, while our White Chocolate and Raspberry muffin offers a delicate balance of creamy white chocolate and tart, juicy raspberries. Each muffin is baked fresh to ensure the perfect texture and flavour in every bite.
