Delivery Information

We offer several delivery options to cater to your needs:

  • Courier Delivery (UK Mainland): We deliver our Afternoon Tea Boxes across most of the UK mainland. Please see the "Exclusions" section below for postcodes we are unable to reach. Courier deliveries are typically made within 5 working days of ordering.

  • Local Delivery (Our Own Vehicles): For customers in the following postcodes, we offer delivery using our own vehicles on Tuesdays and Fridays: CM1, CM2, CM3, CM8, CM9, CO1, CO2, CO3, CO4, CO5, CO7, CO13, CO14, CO15. Orders for local delivery must be placed before 2:00 PM two working days prior to the desired delivery day (see below order cut off times). Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and we are unable to offer specific delivery times.

  • Local Collection (Witham Bakery): You can collect your online order from our bakery in Witham. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM two working days prior to the desired collection day (see below order cut off times). Collections are only available Tuesday to Friday (subject to bank holidays).

Our collection hours are: Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

 

Exclusions - Areas We Don't Deliver To

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver our courier-delivered products (including Afternoon Tea Boxes) to the following areas due to courier limitations:

  • Highlands, Islands, and Remote Outlying Areas: This includes, but is not limited to, the following postcodes:

    • Aberdeenshire: AB31-AB56
    • North Ayrshire: KA27, KA28
    • Paisley: PA20-PA78, PA80-PA88
    • Perthshire: PH15-PH50
    • Argyle and Bute: FK17-FK21
    • Inverness: IV
    • Northern Ireland: BT
    • Guernsey: GY
    • Isle of Man: IM
    • Isle of Wight: PO30-PO41
    • Isle of Scilly: TR21-TR25
    • Jersey: JE
    • Kirkwall: KW
    • Outer Hebrides: HS1-HS9
    • Shetland Islands: ZE
